The building consists of a ground floor with communal functions laid out horizontally and a five-story tower with guests’ rooms and related services. The modulation of the load-bearing pillars is coordinated with that of the prefabricated infill slabs anchored to them and with the beams housing the slabs by means of a specially designed surface. The load-bearing structure is in exposed concrete while the grooved slabs have a finely worked surface. The whole gives the façade a rhythm that makes the building unique and recognizable.
